Strikes can not grow to be ‘business as usual’, says NHS England chief

ndustrial motion can not grow to be “business as usual”, the NHS chief government has warned.

It comes after the Government revealed its plan for an enormous shake-up in how the NHS recruits and retains workers, promising 1000’s extra employees in a bid to revive and reform the embattled well being service.

Health Secretary Steve Barclay dodged questions on the place funding for the £2.4 billion plan would come from, as he insisted that ministers had been “making progress” on the Prime Minister’s pledge to chop ready lists.
