Another massive vendor was the Queen star’s costume crown and cloak going for £635,000, which was over 10 instances the unique estimate of £60,000-80,000.
Another shock spotlight was a silver snake bangle worn within the Bohemian Rhapsody music video by Freddie. Originally estimated at £7000-9000, this offered for £698,500, a document for a chunk of jewelry belonging to a rockstar, and nearly 100 instances its estimate.
After a number of hours of bidding, the night public sale concluded with Freddie’s 1941 Wurlitzer jukebox, which he saved in his kitchen, promoting for £406,400 up from its estimate of £15,000-25,000.
