A policeman who allegedly shot a motorist lifeless as he sat in his automotive has been charged with homicide.
Body-camera footage performed at a news convention confirmed officer Mark Dial and his associate driving slowly by a neighbourhood in Philadelphia on 14 August earlier than pulling over.
