Actor Hugh Jackman and his spouse of 27 years have introduced their separation.
The Wolverine and Les Miserables star and Deborra-Lee Furness confirmed the news in an announcement.
According to the US publication People, the couple mentioned: “We have been blessed to share almost three decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage.
“Our journey now could be shifting and we now have determined to separate to pursue our particular person development.
“Our household has been and all the time can be our highest precedence. We undertake this subsequent chapter with gratitude, love and kindness.
“We greatly appreciate your understanding in respecting our privacy as our family navigates this transition in all of our lives.”
The assertion, which was signed “Deb and Hugh Jackman”, ended: “This is the sole statement either of us will make.”
Jackman, 54, and Furness, 67, had met on the set of Australian TV present Correlli in 1995.
They received married on 11 April 1996.
The pair have two adopted youngsters collectively – Oscar and Ava.

In April, Jackman, recognized for his roles in The Greatest Showman, The Prestige and the X-Men movies, posted a tribute to Furness on Instagram on the day of their anniversary.
It mentioned: “I love you Deb. Today is our 27th wedding anniversary. 27 YEARS!!
“I like you a lot. Together we now have created a lovely household. And life.
“Your laughter, your spirit, generosity, humor, cheekiness, courage and loyalty is an incredible gift to me.
“I like you with all my coronary heart.”
