Bruce Springsteen has postponed the rest of his 2023 tour as he recovers from a peptic ulcer.
The 74-year-old rock icon, who celebrated his birthday final week, will now carry out the remaining tour dates with backing band E Street in 2024.
It was introduced on the Born To Run singer’s web site that he “has continued to recover steadily” from the illness over the previous few weeks and “will continue treatment through the rest of the year on doctor’s advice”.
