Sky News understands that Andy Meikle, who based Recast Sports in 2018, has engineered its buy from Interpath Advisory, which was appointed to deal with the company’s insolvency final month.
The phrases of the transaction had been unclear on Wednesday.
Mr Meikle has secured the deal by means of an organization referred to as Content Technology Partners.
Recast, which was primarily based in Edinburgh, collapsed after the failure of funding talks.
